We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication and relationship-building skills who can convert customer inquiries into successful bookings while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for Packers & Movers services.
• Understand customer relocation requirements, including pickup & drop locations, moving date, and household volume.
• Explain service packages, pricing, insurance, and relocation process.
• Provide accurate quotations and recommend suitable moving solutions.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with operations, vendors, and moving teams for seamless service execution.
• Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after the move.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a superior customer experience.
• Update customer details, quotations, bookings, and service status in the CRM.
• Cross-sell value-added services such as home cleaning, painting, storage, and home maintenance.
• Maintain high service quality and collect customer feedback after service completion.
