Qualifications

• Graduate in Agriculture, Dairy Technology, Veterinary Science, Hospitality, Rural Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Customer Relations, Hospitality, Events, Farm Tourism, or related roles.
• Preference for candidates with practical farming knowledge or strong interest in agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct customer, school, corporate, and influencer farm visits.
• Welcome visitors and provide engaging tours covering dairy farming, milking processes, animal welfare, hygiene, and sustainability.
• Build strong customer relationships, address queries, and collect visitor feedback.
• Coordinate farm events, educational programs, and seasonal activities.
• Ensure hospitality with visitor arrangements, refreshments, and product sampling.
• Coordinate with Farm Ops, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Security, and Housekeeping for smooth visits.
• Capture photos, videos, testimonials, and support marketing content creation.
• Maintain visitor schedules, reports, feedback records, and promotional material inventory.
• Promote referrals and ensure memorable farm experiences for every visitor.

Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage and enhance the visitor experience at our dairy farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning farm visits, hosting customers, coordinating events, and creating memorable experiences that strengthen customer trust in the Mr. Milk brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct customer, school, corporate, and influencer farm visits.
• Welcome visitors and provide engaging tours covering dairy farming, milking processes, animal welfare, hygiene, and sustainability practices.
• Build strong customer relationships, address queries, and collect visitor feedback.
• Coordinate farm events, educational programs, and seasonal activities.
• Ensure excellent hospitality by managing visitor arrangements, refreshments, and product sampling.
• Coordinate with Farm Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Security, and Housekeeping teams for smooth execution of visits.
• Capture photos, videos, testimonials, and support marketing content creation.
• Maintain visitor schedules, reports, feedback records, and promotional material inventory.
• Promote customer referrals and ensure a memorable farm experience for every visitor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Agriculture, Dairy Technology, Veterinary Science, Hospitality, Rural Management, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Hospitality, Events, Farm Tourism, or Agriculture-related roles.
• Candidates with practical farming knowledge or a strong interest in agriculture will be preferred.
• Candidates residing in or around Talegaon will be given preference.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays whenever farm events are scheduled.
