Qualifications

• Inter-personal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
• Identify root causes and submit corrective actions (8D, CAPA).
• Monitor customer PPM, quality metrics and drive process improvements.
• Engage with internal and external customers to ensure quality expectations.
• Own warranty management system and related documentation.
• Coordinate corrective actions and drive preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across functions.

The Role:

Impact & Contribution

• Deliver Quality product to the customer
• Maintain records of warranty replacements / warranty management
• Enhances internal awareness of customer expectations and quality performance metrics across departments.
• Supports cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence of defects through proactive risk analysis (FMEA, Control Plan updates).
• Drives continuous improvement by analyzing customer feedback and converting it into actionable improvements in product and process quality.
• Reduces customer complaints and PPM levels, directly contributing to improved product reliability and brand reputation.
• cross functional coordination - work closely with stakeholder
• Quality performance monitoring - PPM, rejection rate, warranty, etc.
