Key Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive services like workshops, assessments, and health checks.
• Conduct SQL performance tuning, optimization, and code reviews.
• Guide customers through SQL upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
• Implement and support HADR, data encryption, auditing, and backup & recovery strategies.

Required Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server On-Premise
• Proficiency in:
• Performance tuning and query optimization
• Partitioning, data modelling, and indexing strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong customer focus with a proven ability to build trust and deliver results.
• Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or tech briefings.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
