Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is seeking branch-based customer service professionals across multiple locations in India. You will handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and promote bank products to meet service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a graduate/ITI diploma. You will work on life events framework at the branch and help customers use digital channels while ensuring KYC/AML compliance.

Job description

• Any Graduate/Diploma ITI with Minimum 1-2 experience is customer service
• Responsible for delivering seamless customer experience; make Ujjivan customers feel as privileged customers of Ujjivan and play an active role in improving customer retention rates
• Accountable for implementing customers life events management framework at the Branch; ensure adherence to guidelines specified there of
• Ensure addressing all customer queries/grievance on time; constantly reduce customer grievances escalated to regional SQ
• Attend Branch walk-in customers; understand their requirements and guide them to fulfill their queries/concerns
• Understand customersrequirements and create opportunities to cross sell relevant products/ services
• Implement customers life events management framework at the Branch; ensure adherence to guidelines specified thereof
• Engage in creating awareness about appropriate loan utilization/savings to the customers
• Responsible for motivating customers to use alternate channels such as ATMs, phome banking, mobile banking and assist/educate customers to use ATMs or dispensing cash .
• Maintain current knowledge of company products and services, applicable regulations KYC/AML norms
