Role Description

The Customer Care Professional is responsible for providing attentive, high-quality support to clients throughout their engagement with Dietician Kajal's Clinic. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging apps, scheduling and managing appointments, and guiding clients through clinic processes and services. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, following up on feedback, and coordinating with dieticians and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, India, where in-person work at the clinic is combined with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on building trust and maintaining professional relationships.
• Ability to drive and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and empathetic interaction.
