Nuclei Wellness is seeking a Nutrition & Dietetics professional to manage health chats via social platforms and phone, guiding leads with clear, simple nutrition information. You will follow up diligently, maintain notes, and escalate complex questions to senior clinicians as needed.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, empathetic communication, and scalable lead management in a health-tech context. Hindi/Hinglish fluency is a plus, with an opportunity to impact lifestyle health at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition / Food & Nutrition.
• Strong written English and/or Hinglish communication.
• Excellent conversational skills.
• Ability to explain health and nutrition concepts in simple language.
• Good understanding of basic nutrition, lifestyle disorders and preventive health.
• Comfortable communicating with a large number of people through chat.
• Good judgement regarding what can and cannot be advised over DM.
• Ability to follow up consistently and maintain lead conversations.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. DM Conversations

• Handle incoming health and nutrition-related conversations through Instagram, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand the lead's concerns, lifestyle, goals and basic health background through conversation.
• Respond clearly, professionally and empathetically without sounding scripted or overly sales-oriented.
• Explain nutrition, lifestyle and health concepts in simple language.
• Answer common questions related to weight, diabetes, PCOS, hypertension, fatty liver, metabolic health, nutrition and lifestyle.
• Identify genuine health concerns and guide the person towards the appropriate next step.
• Maintain consistent response quality and timely follow-ups.

2. Phone Call Support

• Occasionally speak with leads over the phone when a conversation requires more detailed clarification.
• Understand the person's primary concern and explain the next appropriate step.
• Handle basic nutrition and lifestyle queries confidently.
• Escalate complex clinical questions to the appropriate senior dietician/clinical team rather than attempting to answer beyond your scope.

3. Follow-ups & Lead Management

• Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet taken the next step.
• Maintain accurate notes and lead status.
• Ensure no high-intent conversation is unnecessarily dropped.
• Coordinate with the sales and clinical team when required.

4. Content & Knowledge Support

• Stay updated on evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
• Help identify frequently asked questions and common misconceptions appearing in DMs.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition / Food & Nutrition.
• Strong written English and/or Hinglish communication.
• Excellent conversational skills.
• Ability to explain health and nutrition concepts in simple, understandable language.
• Good understanding of basic nutrition, lifestyle disorders and preventive health.
• Comfortable communicating with a large number of people through chat.
• Good judgement regarding what can and cannot be advised over DM.
• Ability to follow up consistently and maintain lead conversations.

Preferred

• 13 years of experience as a Dietician/Nutritionist.
• Experience handling patients, clients or health-related consultations.
• Experience with Instagram/WhatsApp DMs, lead qualification or customer communication.
• Knowledge of PCOS, diabetes, insulin resistance, hypertension, fatty liver and metabolic health.
• Comfortable speaking Hindi/Hinglish over phone calls.
• Experience working in a health-tech, wellness, nutrition or healthcare company.

What This Role Is NOT

• This is not primarily a meal-plan creation role.
• This is not a high-volume clinical consultation role.
• This is not a hard-selling sales role.
• You will not be expected to independently diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment through DMs.
• Complex clinical cases will be escalated to the appropriate senior clinical team.
