The candidate will handle elective and emergency CTVS cases, conduct pre-operative assessments, and provide comprehensive post-operative care while ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical and surgical expertise in CTVS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CTVS OPD consultations and evaluate surgical cases.
• Diagnose and manage cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgical conditions.
• Perform cardiac, thoracic and vascular procedures as per expertise.
• Manage elective and emergency CTVS cases.
• Conduct pre-operative assessment and determine surgical fitness.
• Provide comprehensive post-operative care.
• Coordinate with Cardiologists, Anaesthesiologists, Intensivists and other specialists.
• Review investigations including ECG, Echocardiography, CT and imaging.
• Counsel patients regarding diagnosis, options, risks and outcomes.
• Maintain surgical records, notes and discharge summaries.
• Participate in emergency/on-call duties as per hospital requirements.
• Ensure adherence to OT, ICU, infection-control and patient-safety protocols.

• Perform cardiac, thoracic and vascular procedures as per expertise
