Ctruh is a deep-tech company building the infrastructure layer for the spatial internet through a proprietary browser-native, no-code 3D engine and VersaAI, our in-house generative AI engine that transforms text, images, and video into production-ready 3D assets in minutes.

Our Work Rhythm:

This is a 6-day working setup with Monday to Friday operating from office and Saturday as Work From Home (WFH).

We believe this model enables stronger collaboration, faster learning, and better team alignment while maintaining flexibility.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a hands‑on, strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance function end‑to‑end from day‑to‑day accounting and compliance to financial strategy and investor relations.

You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership, translating numbers into insights that shape business decisions.

What Youll Own:
  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning.
  • Assess investment opportunities and evaluate financial risks and returns.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve financial efficiency across the business.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including monthly and annual financial closures.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and audit standards.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
  • Maintain transparent, audit‑ready accounting records and reporting standards.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and effective utilization of funds.
  • Oversee vendor payments, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and treasury operations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Present financial insights, business performance metrics, and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Support fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, financial modeling, and due diligence processes.
What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
  • CA qualification.
  • Minimum 4+ years of post‑qualification experience in finance management or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, statutory regulations, and labour laws.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
  • Experience managing audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a hands‑on approach in a fast‑paced environment.
Good-to-Haves:
  • MBA in Finance or any additional finance‑related certifications.
  • Prior experience in a startup, technology, SaaS, or high‑growth company.
  • Experience working with investor relations, fundraising, board reporting, or due diligence processes.
  • Exposure to ESOP accounting and startup financial governance.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business performance metrics.
  • Experience implementing or managing ERP/accounting systems and finance process automation.
  • Ability to build and scale finance processes in a growing organization.
  • Exposure to cross‑functional business partnering with HR, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams.
Who Will Thrive Here:

You’ll thrive at Ctruh if you’re a proactive, hands‑on finance professional who enjoys building from the ground up in a fast‑paced startup environment.

You’re comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution, taking ownership of outcomes, and making data‑driven decisions that drive business growth.

You embrace ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively with founders and cross‑functional teams.

You have a strong eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture, believe in leveraging technology and automation to improve financial operations, and are passionate about creating scalable processes.

If you value transparency, accountability, continuous learning, and want your work to have a direct impact on shaping a high‑growth AI and deep‑tech company, you’ll fit right in at Ctruh.
