Job summary

Tata Technologies is seeking a CSR & ESG-focused professional to manage India CSR funds and oversee large flagship projects in collaboration with partners, institutes and beneficiaries. The role includes ensuring regulatory compliance, reporting, and strengthening industry-academia collaborations.

Responsibilities include contract preparation, admin workflow, and travel to monitor project progress, quality, and cost.

• Travel as necessary to monitor schedule, quality and cost of projects.
• Build and scale industry-academia collaborations (PPP model). Strengthen digitization for CSR project management.

Job description

1. Manage CSR India function

Ensure 100% effective utilization of company CSR funds in line with regulations and company policy. Manage and execute large flag ship CSR projects in coordination with stakeholders including partners, education institutes, beneficiaries, finance and advisors. Comply and report CSR function projects in line with regulatory and company policies. Manage and oversee CSR project partners to design , plan and optimally execute projects. Assess effectiveness of the projects and report impact assessment when needed. Complete all essential reporting documents to comply Build and scale industry-academia collaborations (PPP model) Manage RE portal and strengthen digitization of managing the CSR project and function overall. Prepare , review contracts and manage workflow associated to all admin requirements like contract, Pos and payments. Travel as necessary to monitor schedule, quality and cost of the projects.

2. ESG Reporting

Support ESG reporting in line with SEBI compliance requirement for BRSR Support reporting to external assessment agencies such as CDP , EcoVadis Support reporting to the client requirements Continuous benchmarking of ESG reporting against industry standards and improvement Apply and represent successfully for various industry awards.

3. Volunteering

Design and execute large scale volunteering activities for employee participation. Contribute to goal of 4 hrs / employee / Yr company goal of volunteering.

4. Environmental Goal achievements

Prepare net zero road map and contribute to the project work to achieve the same. Coordinate with various functions and departments to ensure successful completion of the project.
