Job summary

Akana Services is seeking a motivated CSR Coordinator to support planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of CSR initiatives. The role involves travelling to project locations as required and coordinating with partners, NGOs, volunteers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate or postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields with extensive CSR experience, and will contribute to measuring outcomes and ensuring project

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
• 23 years of experience working in CSR, social impact, NGO, community development, or related areas.
• Experience in project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder management, or social development projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating CSR and social impact projects.
• Support quality assurance activities to ensure projects are effectively implemented and sustainable.
• Monitor project progress and maintain proper documentation and reports.
• Assist in measuring project outcomes, impact, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with partners, NGOs, volunteers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of project activities to achieve desired outcomes.
• Assist with proposal preparation, fundraising activities, and donor-related documentation.
• Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and impact documentation.
