Work Force Nexus is seeking an experienced Crusher/Plant Operator to operate and maintain crushing and screening equipment in a quarry environment in Ukraine. The role is a 1-year renewable contract with on-site work and visa support.

You will operate plants, monitor production, control material feed, and conduct routine maintenance while adhering to safety procedures and PPE requirements. Willingness to relocate to Ukraine is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating fixed or mobile crushing and screening plants in quarry/mining/construction materials.
• Hands-on experience operating jaw, cone, and/or impact crushers.
• Knowledge of feed control, material sizing, screening operations, and safe handling of production equipment.
• Ability to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with safe clearing of blockages and equipment shutdown procedures.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and PPE usage.
• Physically fit for outdoor quarry environments and manual tasks.
• Willing to relocate to Ukraine and comply with onboarding, visa and work permit requirements.

• Familiarity with safe clearing of blockages, equipment shutdown procedures, and adherence to standard operating practices.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to follow safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Physically fit and medically capable of working in an outdoor quarry environment and performing manual tasks when required.
• Professional attitude, good teamwork skills, and willingness to work in a multicultural international environment.
• Willing to relocate to Ukraine and comply with company onboarding, visa, and work permit requirements.
