Job summary

A leading travel solutions provider in Mumbai is seeking an Entry Level Cruise Commercial Service Travel Agent to assist customers with their cruise travel needs and maximize sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and sales skills, along with a passion for travel. This is a full-time on-site role located in Malad Mindspace. Immediate joiners are preferred as the batch starts on 24th November 2025.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling reservations and travel arrangements is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process.
• Ability to work on-site in Malad Mindspace.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process.
• Residing within boundary limits.
• Strong Customer Service & sales skills.
• Sales experience related to travel services will be an added advantage.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cruise Commercial Service Travel Agent, located in Malad Mindspace. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing excellent customer service and carrying out sales activities. The role involves assisting customers with their cruise travel needs, ensuring smooth arrangements, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification HSC passed.
• Willling to work predominant Night shifts.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process.
