Job summary

Techaim Information Technologies is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and customize CRM solutions aligned with business requirements. You will build plugins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations while integrating Power Pages portals and automating processes with Power Automate.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on C# and .NET expertise, REST API integrations, and strong collaboration with analysts, QA, and stakeholders.

• Develop and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
• Design and develop CRM Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and JavaScript customizations.
• Develop and maintain Power Pages portals integrated with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Design and implement business process automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop custom integrations using .NET Core, C#, and Dynamics 365 Web API.
• Create and consume REST APIs to integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications.
• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM applications and integrations.
• Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices for CRM implementations.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 48 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM customization, plugin and workflow development, Power Pages, and Power Automate, along with hands-on experience in C# and .NET technologies. Experience with Microsoft Azure services will be an added advantage.
