Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior CRM and MarTech leader to drive enterprise-grade CRM strategies and modern marketing technology implementations in Bengaluru. You will guide multi-channel deployments, collaborate with clients, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise with platforms like SFMC, Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, and strong AI-powered use cases, from personalization to predictive modelling, with executive storytelling

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in CRM strategy, MarTech consulting, or enterprise marketing technology leadership.
• Proven track record of leading and winning complex enterprise RFPs, ideally $3M–$5M+ in TCV.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in two or more major CEP platforms — particularly SFMC, Braze, and/or Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Campaign.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CDP platforms — Tealium, Segment, mParticle, Adobe AEP — and their role in enterprise data architectures.
• Demonstrated experience defining or delivering AI-powered CRM or MarTech use cases — including personalisation, predictive modelling, or generative AI in marketing.

• Experience leading or mentoring cross-functional teams in a consulting, agency, or enterprise environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• Preferred MBA or Master's degree in Marketing Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field
• Platform certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Braze Certified Practitioner, Adobe Certified Expert (AEP or Campaign)
• Hands-on experience with AI decisioning platforms such as Pega, Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, or Dynamic Yield
• Familiarity with LLM-native marketing tools and prompt engineering for marketing content applications
• Understanding of responsible AI frameworks, data privacy regulation (GDPR, CCPA), and AI governance in marketing contexts
• Experience with CLV modelling, propensity scoring, and churn prediction in a CRM context.
