Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience 0-2 years in Zoho CRM and Zoho One implementation and consultation.
• Proficient in CRM migration from other platforms.
• Proficient knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Mail, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Sign, Zoho Forms and Zoho Campaigns.
• Excellent data gathering and analysis skills.
• Ability to customize and implement Zoho CRM, Creator and other Zoho One tools.
• Knowledge of integrating Zoho with external productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Developer located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for migrating databases, integrating CRM systems, customising modules, designing and automating business reports, and providing CRM documentation and staff training. The role will also involve API migrations, data analysis and scrubbing, and centralising business databases.
