Job summary

Avigna Properties is seeking a skilled professional in Tamil Nadu to manage customer relationships across the project lifecycle. You will ensure timely communication and resolution of customer queries while coordinating with internal teams for project updates and handovers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in civil construction and real estate.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project progress, milestones, and completion schedules.
• Ensure professional and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, civil, MEP, contracts, legal, finance, and facility management teams.
• Obtain project updates from site teams and communicate relevant information to customers.
• Monitor project milestones, commitments, and customer deliverables.
• Coordinate site visits, inspections, client meetings, and project progress reviews.
• Follow up on pending works, snag-list items, rectifications, and customer requirements.
