Job summary

Imitr HR Consulting Services in Gurugram is seeking a Real Estate CRM specialist to manage CRM processes, allocate leads, and ensure timely follow-ups. The role includes tracking site visits, customer bookings, and inventory updates to support sales efficiency.

You will handle CP data, lead attribution, and brokerage, while preparing daily to monthly MIS sales analytics reports to drive informed decisions. Prior experience with real estate CRM and strong Excel skills are required.

• 2-4 yrs exp in Real Estate CRM software.
• Follow-ups & Customer Relationship.
• Hands-on expertise in lead tracking, inventory control & CP tagging.
• Strong MS Excel skills & reporting accuracy required.
