Job summary

Minus 30 in Delhi invites a hands-on marketing specialist to own WhatsApp and email campaigns in a fast-moving commerce setup. You’ll draft templates, schedule sends, manage calendars and coordinate with design and product teams to hit launches and promotions.

You’ll build lifecycle flows (abandoned carts, post-purchase updates, re-purchase triggers), segment audiences from Shopify data, and report on open/click rates, revenue and deliverability.

Responsibilities

• WhatsApp and email campaigns day to day management.

WhatsApp marketing

• Run our WhatsApp Business Platform day to day: drafting templates, submitting them, managing approval timelines and quality rating
• Execute the campaign calendar and manage send frequency so we dont burn the list
• Keep cost per send in check categorise templates correctly (utility vs marketing), use free service windows where they apply
• Support paid media by routing Click-to-WhatsApp traffic into owned conversations

Email marketing

• Run the email calendar: campaign scheduling, segmentation, copy, design briefs
• Write subject lines and body copy in our voice warm, specific, never shouty
• Maintain deliverability: list hygiene, sender reputation, Promotions-tab placement, unsubscribe health

Lifecycle flows

• Abandoned cart and browse abandonment
• Post-purchase: delivery updates, review requests, cross-sell into new ranges
• Replenishment triggers based on repurchase cycle
• Winback and lapsed-customer journeys
• Welcome series for first-time buyers.

Segmentation & reporting

• Build and maintain segments from Shopify order data first-time, repeat, high-AOV, lapsed, category-specific
• Apply suppression logic so customers never get an offer for something they just bought
• Report weekly on CRM-attributed revenue, open and click rates, repeat purchase rate, cost per send

Customer conversations

• Handle inbound WhatsApp, email and Instagram DM queries — delivery, product and gifting questions
• Turn complaints into recovered orders and reviews
• Feed what you hear back into product, ops and copy. You’ll be closest to the customer; we want that insight

Calendar & coordination

• Build the monthly calendar mapped to festivals, seasons and launches — with correct dates, locked well in advance
• Brief designers on creative and manage the pipeline to hit send dates
• Coordinate with the quick-commerce team so owned channels support Blinkit and Zepto launches, not just the website.
• Hands-on with an email platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, WebEngage, MoEngage or similar).
