The Toro Company in Baner, Pune is seeking an Analyst I, Business Systems to help grow and support IT projects across business units. You will contribute to solution development, assist in project planning, and collaborate with various IT and business teams to define system requirements.

The role requires a BS or equivalent experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and an understanding of requirements definition, data management, and Salesforce familiarity.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of system requirements definition process and modeling methods.
• Ability to gather and convey information to senior level employees and business clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills with IS and business personnel.
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
• Understanding of platform, data loader, data management, process builder, flows, and approval processes.

What Will You Do?

• Work is assigned, and general instructions are given for routine work; more detailed instruction is provided for new projects.
• Participates in various aspects of solution development and support.
• Contributes in the creation of detailed project plans and assists in the management and control of assigned projects and tasks.
• Effectively communicate and work with other team members (from business sectors and other IT teams) to develop system requirements.
• Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems.
• Escalates non-standard problems or issues.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• BS or equivalent experience.
• Experience with the Microsoft suite of tools.
• Knowledge of the system requirement definition process and modeling methods and tools.
• Ability to gather and convey information to senior level employees and business clients.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills (written & verbal) with both IS and business personnel.
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
• Understanding of the platform, data loader & data management, process builder, flows, approval processes
