Job summary

Toro Technology Center India is seeking an Analyst I, Business Systems to join our IT team in Pune on a hybrid basis. You will work on gathering requirements, supporting solution development, and helping manage projects end-to-end. The role requires BS or equivalent, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate with senior staff and business clients.

• BS or equivalent experience.
• Experience with the Microsoft suite of tools.
• Knowledge of the system requirement definition process and modeling methods and tools.
• Ability to gather and convey information to senior level employees and business clients.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills (written & verbal) with both IS and business personnel.
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
• Understanding of the platform, data loader & data management, process builder, flows, approval processes

Responsibilities

• Receive routine tasks with guidance for new projects.
• Participates in various aspects of solution development and support.
• Contributes in the creation of detailed project plans and assists in management and control of assigned projects and tasks.

What Will You Do?
