Job summary

Lenskart in Bengaluru is seeking a data-driven CRM & Growth Associate to join our marketing team. You will handle end-to-end retention strategies, building automated lifecycle journeys to drive repeat purchases and minimize churn.

From pulling raw data with SQL to crafting multi-step journeys in CleverTap, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Work will involve cross-channel campaigns, attribution tools, and close collaboration with design and content teams to ensure messaging

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, retention, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CleverTap journeys, segments, and liquid tags.
• Ability to write SQL queries to pull and filter user data.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Curiosity and a tinkerer mindset to uncover why users churn.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle management: Design, deploy, and optimize cross-channel campaigns (Push, Email, In-app, SMS, WhatsApp) using CleverTap.
• Growth experimentation: Run A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, creative assets, and journey flows to improve CTRs and conversion rates.
• Attribution & analytics: Track user journeys from acquisition to retention using GA4 and attribution tools (AppsFlyer/Branch).
• Data analysis: Write basic to intermediate SQL queries to segment users and analyze campaign performance.
• Retention strategy: Work on churn prediction models and win-back loops to increase the lifetime value of our user base.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Design and Content teams to ensure brand-consistent messaging.
