Senior Manager - CRM & Customer Lifecycle for a D2C brand in Hyderabad. Lead end-to-end CRM, loyalty programs and lifecycle campaigns across channels using CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze or MoEngage, driving revenue through optimized segmentation and personalization.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle, Retention or Growth Marketing.
• Mandatory: Analytical skills with exposure to SQL, Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude or BI tools.
• Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Consumer Internet, Beauty, Wellness, Retail or FMCG industries.
• Hands-on expertise with CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, MoEngage or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation (RFM, cohort analysis), A/B testing, personalization, automation and predictive analytics.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team management experience.

• Lead the end-to-end CRM and customer lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, subscriptions, and reactivation for Vedix & SkinKraft.
  
• Drive Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), repeat purchases, customer retention, subscription renewals, CRM-attributed revenue, and campaign ROI through data-driven lifecycle marketing.
  
• Build and optimize personalized omnichannel campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Web using CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, MoEngage, or similar CRM platforms.
  
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Growth, and CX teams while leading the CRM team and managing Martech platforms.
