Role: Credit Risk Technology Angular Full Stack Engineer

Timings: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM IST

We are seeking an experienced Angular Full Stack Engineer with 8-12 years of software development experience and deep expertise in Angular, .NET/C# and SQL Server enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining large-scale, high-performance web applications, working closely with business and technology stakeholders, and contribute to the modernization of strategic Credit Risk platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Angular 16+, .NET 5/.NET 8, and SQL Server
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using Angular, Kendo UI, and Prime NG
• Develop and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance in SQL Server.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Participate in application design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Support deployment, release activities, and production issue resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
• Manage code using GitLab/Git and follow CI/CD best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, provide L2 support for incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in full stack development with 8–12 years in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Angular 16+ including component-based architecture, routing, services, forms, RxJS, and state handling.
• Hands-on experience with Angular UI/supporting libraries such as Kendo UI for Angular and Prime NG
• .NET 5/8, ASP.NET Core Web API
• Good understanding of C#, object-oriented programming, and backend application development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, query optimization, performance tuning
• Experience with source control tools such as Git.
• Good understanding of SDLC, code review practices, debugging, testing, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with API integration, authentication/authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Exposure to Databricks and data engineering integrations.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and frontend/backend automated testing.

Preferred:

• Experience building Credit Risk applications and data platforms (wholesale credit risk, counterparty credit risk, risk data flows)
• Worked in Financial Services domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 8 – 12 years of experience in development roles
