  • Own Power BI solutions end to end, including source connectivity, data transformation, semantic modeling, report development, testing, deployment, refresh monitoring, and production support
  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, semantic models (using CubeDev or similar technologies), and reporting layers integrated with enterprise data warehouse platforms using strong data warehousing and dimensional modeling principles.
  • Design, develop, and support ETL/ELT processes that reliably load, transform, and reconcile data used by warehouse and BI solutions.
  • Implement data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality controls to ensure reporting accuracy, integrity, and consistency
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL Server queries, views, stored procedures, and transformations used by BI applications
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional business, data, application, and infrastructure teams throughout the full SDLC
  • Engage with users to gather requirements, provide support, and ensure the successful adoption of business intelligence solutions
  • Apply development standards, version control, documentation, testing, release management, and deployment best practices
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, Power Query, data relationships, refresh management, security, deployment, and performance optimization
  • Advanced hands‑on DAX experience, including complex measures, filter context, time intelligence, calculation optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands‑on experience with:
