Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness.
• Interact with clients to structure deals.
• Collaborate with Data Science team on AI integration.
• Coordinate with Trading team to structure loans for warehouse lines and securitizations.
• Present hand-selected deals to investment committee for final approval with high loan discretion.

Job description

• Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness and managing portfolio risk
• Interact with clients to seek clarifications and help structure deals
• Interact with Data Science team to help embed the latest in AI and machine learning into our underwriting processes
• Interact with Trading team to ensure that loans are properly structured to be placed on warehouse lines and into securitizations.
• High degree of loan discretion to present hand-selected deals to investment committee for final approval

Requirements

• PG/Master’s degree from a premier college with a specialization in finance, economics or a related field
• Additional financial qualification such as US CFA Level 1+ will be an advantage
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
