Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Appraise, recommend, or approve credit proposals as per delegated authority.
• Review delinquent cases and document learnings/portfolio reviews for Risk Management.
• Suggest policy/process changes based on local nuances or competitor feedback.
• Implement system integration plans.
• Monitor NPAs and maintain tracking.
• Conduct customer visits for PD (personal demand) assessments.
• Identify process and policy gaps and propose internal controls.

Job description

• 1) Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.


• 2) Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management


• 3) Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback


• 4) Implement system integration plans


• 5) Monitor NPA and keep a track of it


• 6) Customer visits for PD


• 7) Identification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it.


• 8) Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
