Qualifications

• Schedule and conduct client meetings, both online and in person.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of meetings and visits.
• Conduct physical verification of client business premises, operational activities, and assets.
• Verify basic business details against information provided by clients.
• Prepare visit reports, collect supporting evidence, and highlight discrepancies or red flags.

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented candidates to join our Credit & Finance Department. The role involves identifying and scouting potential companies for funding, communicating with clients, coordinating meetings and visits, conducting physical verification, and assisting in the company's due diligence and funding evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities

1) Company Scouting & Lead Generation

• Identify and scout startups, MSMEs, and businesses seeking funding.
• Research potential clients across industries and assess their basic business profiles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and funding opportunities.

2) Client Communication & Coordination

• Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Explain the company's funding process and coordinate with clients to collect the required information and documents.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure timely submission of documents and completion of formalities.

3) Client Meetings & Visits

• Schedule and conduct client meetings, both online and in person.
• Visit client offices, factories, warehouses, or business premises as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of meetings and visits.
• Conduct physical verification of client business premises, operational activities, and available assets, wherever applicable.
• Verify basic business details against the information and documents provided by clients.
• Prepare visit reports, collect supporting evidence where authorized, and highlight discrepancies or potential red flags to the reporting manager.

5) Documentation & Reporting

• Assist in collecting and organizing financial statements, KYC documents, business details, and other due diligence documents.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and pipeline status.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for management.

6) Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with the Credit, Finance, Valuation, and other relevant teams during the funding evaluation process.
• Follow up on pending cases and support the smooth movement of clients through the internal process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and physical verification.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, business operations, and company documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Ability to conduct research, maintain records, and prepare reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
• Candidates with experience in sales, business development, credit, financial services, lending, or client relationship management will be preferred.
• Candidates should be proactive, professional, comfortable speaking with business owners, and willing to undertake field visits.
