Job summary

SkillLabs in Delhi seeks a Product/Analytics professional to lead the preparation of credit decks, monitor portfolio KPIs, and present monthly LAP reviews. You will work with sales, credit, and finance to drive MIS and process improvements.

The role requires strong SQL/Excel, fintech lending familiarity, and excellent communication to coordinate with stakeholders and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• B.Tech degree required; MBA advantageous.
• 3–8 years of experience in Product/Analytics in lending, fintech or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; working knowledge of Python preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Familiarity with NBFC/fintech lending business models, customer journeys, and digital onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, execution-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation of monthly/weekly/fortnightly credit decks/PPTs per prescribed formats.
• Analytics & monitoring work on the Portfolio (LAP/GECL/OTR/Bucket X/Delinquency KPIs/Early Mortality).
• Present Monthly Review of the LAP Portfolio along with relevant cuts.
• Ensure timely preparation of various business MIS & sharing with stakeholders.
• Adhere to Company Culture Policy and values; develop self and team accordingly.
• Provide training, motivation, and mentoring to team for effective performance.
• Train sales and credit teams on new digital initiatives/policies and process norms.
• Contribute inputs for designing and implementing credit policies; perform periodic policy reviews.

• Managing preparation of monthly /weekly / fortnightly credit decks / PPTs as per prescribed formats
• Analytics & Monitoring work on the Portfolio (LAP / GECL / OTR / Bucket X / Delinquency KPIs / Early Mortality etc)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech preferred); MBA is an advantage.
• 3-8 years of experience in Product / Analytics roles in lending, fintech, or financial services.
