Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Finance Operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA Finance / M.Com / Professional Accounting qualification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Home Furnishings, Textiles, Consumer Durables, Building Materials, or related industries preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding receivables.
• Follow up with customers for timely payments through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Review customer credit limits and recommend revisions based on payment behavior and risk assessment.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports, collection reports, and receivables MIS for management review.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective collection of overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payments, credit notes, and account statements.
• Ensure adherence to company credit policies and collection procedures.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Identify high-risk accounts and lift issues to management when required.
• Manage dispute resolution and coordinate with internal stakeholders for swift closure.
• Assist in reducing bad debts and improving overall collection efficiency.
