Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Credit Analyst specialized in Infrastructure / Project Finance to evaluate large-scale projects and corporate exposures.

The role involves detailed credit assessment, financial modeling, and ongoing monitoring of infra assets and borrowers. You will prepare CRANs, analyze project cash flows, structure transactions, and engage with clients to gather financial information, while monitoring exposures and reporting on portfolio

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Underwriting / Analysis for Infrastructure / Project Finance or Large Corporates.
• Strong understanding of project finance structures and sector-specific risks (roads, power, renewable, etc.).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel.
• Prior exposure to infrastructure sector lending / advisory preferred.
• CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for Infrastructure projects and Large Corporates.
• Analyze project cash flows, financial models, and key risk factors (traffic, regulatory, execution).
• Structure transactions and finalize terms & conditions from a risk perspective.
• Interact with clients to gather financial and operational information for credit evaluation.
• Monitor sanctioned exposures and highlight early warning signals.
• Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the infrastructure credit portfolio.
• Track project progress, covenants compliance, and identify deviations.
• Escalate non-compliances with actionable recommendations.
• Conduct site visits and submit detailed inspection/progress reports.
• Manage internal and external queries related to credit assessments.

Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Credit Analyst with experience in Infrastructure / Project Finance to evaluate large-scale projects and corporate exposures. The role involves detailed credit assessment, financial modeling, and ongoing monitoring of infra assets and borrowers.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of detailed Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for Infrastructure projects and Large Corporates
• Conduct in-depth analysis of project cash flows, financial models, and key risk factors (traffic, regulatory, execution, etc.)
• Engage with business teams to structure transactions and finalize terms & conditions from a risk perspective
• Interact with clients to gather relevant financial and operational information for credit evaluation
• Monitor sanctioned exposures in line with approval terms and highlight early warning signals
• Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the infrastructure credit portfolio
• Track project progress, compliance with covenants, and identify deviations
• Escalate non-compliances with actionable recommendations
• Conduct site visits and submit detailed inspection / progress reports
• Manage internal and external queries related to credit assessments
