Job summary

Only Much Louder Entertainment in Mumbai seeks a proactive Creator Management Assistant to support influencer campaigns and content programs. You will coordinate collaborations, assist artists on shoots, and help maintain campaign records and reports.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, Canva and Google Sheets skills, and a passion for trends across social media. This is a full-time on-site role with immediate joining potential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with basic editing tools.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets (basic formulas, data entry, tracking).
• Awareness of current social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be available full-time and able to join immediately or within 15 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with creators and influencers.
• Support in coordinating campaigns, collaborations, and content deliverables.
• Perform basic editing tasks as needed.
• Maintain and update records, trackers, and reports on Google Sheets.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital trends.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the creator management team.
• End-to-end execution of shows.
• Collaborating across teams at OML.
• Accompanying artists on shoots.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with creators and influencers.
• Support in coordinating campaigns, collaborations, and content deliverables.
• Perform basic editing tasks as needed.

• Working closely with Artist Managers and assisting them with their Artists day today work.
• Helping AMs with Invoicing & Contracting for closed business.

Skills

• Experience in content creation, influencer outreach, or social media management.
• Eye for design and creativity.

Requirements
