Job summary

Only Much Louder is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition professional to help build a strong workforce and drive organizational success. You will source, screen, and engage candidates, coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for a dynamic entertainment network.

Collaborate with hiring managers, manage interview logistics, and provide timely feedback. The role offers exposure to India’s leading creator-driven brands and a fast-paced, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Purpose Of The Role

Help OML discover exceptional talent and contribute to building a strong workforce that drives organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping OML build teams by assisting with the end to end talent acquisition process.
• Sourcing potential active and passive candidates through traditional job portals and newer mediums.
• Effectively screening candidates and evaluating based on telephonic interviews.
• Coordinating and scheduling interview conversations.
• Sharing feedback with the respective hiring managers and closing the loop with all candidates.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization.
• Good with basics of Excel, word and powerpoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
