Job summary

Only Much Louder (OML) invites applications for a hands-on role supporting our Creator Management team in Mumbai. You will assist in coordinating campaigns, managing relationships with creators and influencers, and handling day-to-day operational tasks across shows and shoots.

You will contribute to content deliverables, stay updated on digital trends, and help with invoicing and contracting. A strong eye for design and excellent communication are essential for success in a fast-paced creative

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with basic editing tools.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets (basic formulas, data entry, tracking).
• Awareness of current social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment; must be available full-time and join within 15 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with creators and influencers.
• Support in coordinating campaigns, collaborations, and content deliverables.
• Perform basic editing tasks as needed.
• Maintain and update records, trackers, and reports on Google Sheets.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital trends.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the creator management team.
• Work closely with Artist Managers and assist them with their artists' day-to-day work.
• Assist AMs with invoicing & contracting for closed business.
• End-to-end execution of shows.
• Collaborate across teams at OML.
• Accompany artists on shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with creators and influencers.
