Qualifications

Role Description

The Creative Video Editor – AI Video Content role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role involves editing and producing video content optimized for digital marketing funnels, using AI tools and traditional workflows to create high-conversion creatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, editing sequences, color grading, designing motion graphics and visual elements, and adapting videos for different platforms and aspect ratios. The role also includes supporting and occasionally directing on-location ad shoots — coordinating basic camera/lighting setups and capturing footage for client campaigns when required. The Video Editor will collaborate with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling video content aligned with performance goals and brand guidelines, while managing project timelines, maintaining organized asset libraries, and continuously testing new styles and formats to improve engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Video Production and Video Editing, with a strong portfolio of high-quality marketing videos
• Hands-on experience with ad shoots — basic camera operation, lighting, and on-set coordination for branded/product/UGC-style content
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, polished visual aesthetics across all content
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic visual elements that enhance storytelling and conversion
• Familiarity with AI-based video tools and workflows (e.g., Runway, HeyGen, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, or similar) for speed, experimentation, and scale
• Competence in industry-standard editing and design software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent)
• Ability to interpret marketing objectives, funnels, and performance metrics into effective video concepts
• Experience editing for multiple platforms and aspect ratios (Reels/Shorts 9:16, feed 1:1, YouTube 16:9)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
