Job summary

MakeMyTrip is seeking a Creative lead to ideate big platforms and campaigns across brand, product and top moments. You will translate consumer insights into culturally relevant ideas, crafting scripts for films, reels and digital content and shaping social content frameworks native to each platform.

You will supervise daily creative work, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure ideas are not only compelling on paper but ready for execution.

Qualifications

• Develop concepts across films, digital, social and other formats.
• Write compelling film scripts, digital films, reels and video content.
• Develop hooks, narratives and campaign storytelling.
• Know when an idea needs a 60-second film and when it needs a 6-word line.
• Shape social content calendars and content franchises.
• Stay plugged into internet culture, trends, creators and conversations.

Work with the creative team

• Supervise and guide day-to-day creative work across multiple briefs.
• Give clear, constructive feedback to writers/designers and help raise the quality of output.
• Work with the team to ensure ideas are not just good on paper but executable.

Keep the creative engine moving

• Manage multiple briefs, deadlines and stakeholders without losing the plot.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, social, performance and other teams.
• Present ideas confidently and sell the thinking behind them.
