• Content Production: Shoot video (on phones or studio gear), direct talent, and appear on camera yourself.
• Trend Analysis: Track trending sounds, formats, and concepts across Instagram and YouTube to turn into client ad campaigns.
• Performance Review: Analyze metrics to see which ads hook viewers and adapt future scripts accordingly.

Key Requirements:

• Creator Track Record: Must be a Gen Z creator with 5,000+ followers and a history of consistent posting.
• Camera & Scripting Skills: Comfortable being on both sides of the camera, writing tight scripts, and using phone/studio setups.
• Language Adaptability: Fluent in top-notch English, able to code-switch seamlessly between Gen Z slang and formal tone.
