Role Overview

Great creative teams do not just rely on talent - they rely on process. We’re looking for someone who can turn messy creative execution into clear, scalable workflows that help teams move faster, stay consistent, and produce better work with AI.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems thinking, creative problem-solving, and experimenting with AI tools to improve how marketing and design teams work.

You’ll work closely with founders, strategists, designers, and marketers to build AI-assisted workflows across campaigns, ad creatives, product imagery, website concepts, and more.

This is not a coding-heavy role. It’s a systems and operations role focused on improving how creative work gets executed.

What You’ll Work On

Creative Workflow Design

Break creative tasks into structured workflows, combining human input and AI execution.

Design systems for:

• ad creatives
• Amazon product imagery
• campaign ideation
• website concepts

Identify where human judgment matters most and where AI can improve speed and scale.

Input & Brief Systems

Build structured templates for:

• creative briefs
• brand guidelines
• creative references

Improve input quality so AI-generated outputs become more reliable and production-ready.

Creative Output Systems

Define quality standards, formatting structures, and review checkpoints.

Create repeatable systems for generating high-quality creative assets at scale.

Workflow Testing & Optimization

Test workflows using real campaign scenarios.

Experiment with:

• AI tools
• workflow sequences
• automation systems

Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.

Documentation & SOPs

Create:

• visual SOPs
• workflow guides
• templates
• internal documentation

Maintain organized libraries of workflows, prompts, and best practices.

Work directly with founders and internal teams on AI-first operational initiatives.

Contribute to building scalable creative systems from the ground up.
