Lever, Inc. is partnering with a client in India to seek a Creative Marketing Specialist — Ads & Campaigns. The role focuses on advertising, social campaigns, and brand content across channels, transforming briefs into polished assets and maintaining a consistent visual identity.

The successful candidate will handle short-form video, motion content, and collateral to advance campaigns while working independently and strategically on campaigns rather than just deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience creating ads, social campaigns, or marketing content.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist — Ads & Campaigns based in India.

As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will develop advertising, campaign, and brand content that helps connect the business with the right audiences. Working across social media, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives, you will transform concepts and briefs into polished creative assets. You will take ownership of projects from initial idea through final delivery while maintaining a consistent visual identity. The role combines design, visual storytelling, short-form video, and marketing collateral. You will also support business development with compelling materials that bring campaigns and offerings to market. This is an opportunity for an independent, ideas-driven creative who enjoys thinking strategically about campaigns rather than simply producing individual deliverables.

Accountabilities

• Design and produce advertisements, social media campaigns, and promotional content across multiple channels.
• Translate creative concepts and briefs into polished assets, from initial idea through final execution.
• Develop strong visual storytelling that maintains a consistent brand voice and identity.
• Create short-form video and motion content to support marketing campaigns.
• Produce marketing and business development collateral that supports commercial initiatives.
• Proactively develop fresh campaign concepts and creative ideas rather than waiting for detailed briefs.
• Manage creative projects independently while balancing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience creating advertisements, social campaigns, promotional content, or similar marketing creative.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a clear eye for design, composition, and brand consistency.
• Good creative judgment and an understanding of what makes advertising engaging, memorable, and effective.
• Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and take initiative in proposing new ideas.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent creative tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant campaign, advertising, or marketing design work.
• Experience with professional services, consulting, or B2B technology brands is a plus.
• Motion graphics or After Effects experience is an advantage.
• Copywriting skills and familiarity with campaign performance metrics are also beneficial.
