Job summary

Casagrand is seeking a Design Lead in Chennai to shape the brand's visual voice. You will lead a team of designers, drive concept development and visual storytelling across print, digital, and campaigns, while delivering high-quality, on-brief work.

You bring 10+ years of experience in creative settings, a strong portfolio, and mastery of design tools with AI capabilities. This role values strategic thinking, pixel-perfect execution, and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative agencies or in-house teams, with a portfolio that proves you know your craft.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring designers.
• Mastery of design software (Adobe CC, Figma) and a working knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL E, Firefly).
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and branding.
• The ability to think conceptually, but deliver with pixel-perfect detail.
• Excellent communication skills—you can sell an idea as well as you can design it.
• The organizational chops to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
