Herbal Chakra in Noida seeks a Creative Executive who can independently execute high-quality graphics, product photography, AI-generated creatives, and packaging designs.

You will work with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Higgsfield, Magnific and other tools to produce on-brand visuals for social, website, and campaigns; a strong portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design or Creative Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and photography work.
• Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, branding, and visual communication.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple creative requirements with fast turnaround.

Responsibilities

• Create static and video-based creatives for social media, ads, website banners, and digital campaigns.
• Develop multiple creative variations for performance marketing and testing.
• Shoot high-quality product photography and manage editing, retouching, and color correction.

Herbal Chakra is a fast-growing D2C clean-label nutrition and wellness brand offering products across gut health, hydration, greens, and everyday wellness. We are looking for a hands-on Creative Executive who can independently execute high-quality designs, product photography, AI-generated creatives, and packaging/print designs.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative generalist with strong skills in Graphic Design, Product Photography, AI Creative Tools, and Packaging Design.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Higgsfield, and Magnific, and should have a strong eye for visual quality, composition, typography, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Production

• Create static and video-based creatives for social media, Meta Ads, Amazon A+ Content, website banners, and digital campaigns.
• Develop multiple creative variations for performance marketing and testing.
• Follow brand guidelines, including colours, gradients, typography, layouts, and product-specific visual styles.
• Convert briefs and references from the founders/marketing team into high-quality creatives.
• Ensure all creatives are delivered within agreed timelines.

AI Creative & Content

• Use Canva, Higgsfield, and Magnific for AI-assisted image and video content creation.
• Create AI-generated product visuals, backgrounds, lifestyle scenes, and marketing creatives.
• Use AI tools to improve creative ideation and production speed.
• Familiarity with Midjourney, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, CapCut, and Claude will be an advantage.

Product Photography

• Shoot high-quality product photography and lifestyle images for websites, social media, advertisements, and product pages.
• Manage basic lighting, styling, composition, and photography setup.
• Perform photo editing, retouching, colour correction, and image enhancement.
• Maintain an organised library of product photographs and creative assets.

Packaging & Print Design

• Design product packaging, labels, and print-ready artwork.
• Prepare KLDs (Key Line Drawings) and packaging files as per printer/manufacturer requirements.
• Work with dielines, CMYK/Pantone colour specifications, print proofs, and production specifications.
• Coordinate with printers and manufacturers to ensure artwork is print-ready and production-accurate.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Visual Design, or a similar role.
• Experience in D2C, FMCG, CPG, E-commerce, Nutrition, Wellness, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and photography work is mandatory.
• Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, branding, and visual communication.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple creative requirements simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a fast turnaround mindset.
• Own camera and basic lighting setup will be an advantage; however, studio equipment can be provided.
