Responsibilities

• Design and adapt product packaging, labels, brochures, banners, and marketing collateral.
• Translate marketing concepts and brand strategies into strong visual communication.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to fulfill briefs.
• Create mood boards, campaign creatives, and design variations as needed.
• Prepare final artwork for digital and print production.
• Stay updated with current design, branding, and skincare trends.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Jaipur. You will be About the Role

This role is ideal for a designer who understands branding, social media, marketing communication, and e-commerce visuals—and enjoys turning ideas into impactful creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
• Develop creative assets for product launches, promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Design and adapt product packaging, labels, brochures, banners, marketing collaterals, and print materials.
• Translate marketing concepts and brand strategies into strong visual communication.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, imagery, and visual language across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand briefs and deliver high-quality designs.
• Create visual concepts, mood boards, campaign creatives, and design variations when required.
• Prepare final artwork for both digital and print production.
• Stay updated with current design, branding, social media, and skincare/beauty industry trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in skincare, beauty, FMCG, D2C, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign. Experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Ability to create visually appealing and platform-appropriate social media content.
• Good understanding of digital and print design requirements.
• Strong creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, packaging, or marketing creatives is required.
