Job summary

BabyBillion in Bengaluru, India is seeking a highly creative, hands-on individual who can turn ideas into strong visual content. You will develop concepts from idea to storyboard to execution, with a sharp eye for frames, composition, and pacing.

Collaborating with content and production teams, you’ll craft visually engaging stories, quickly judging what works and what doesn’t, and maintaining a high creative bar. A portfolio of work is essential; 2–5 years in creative fields preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in creative, content, advertising, filmmaking, design or a similar field.
• Strong creative instinct and a great eye for frames and execution.
• Someone who can look at content and quickly identify what is working and what isn’t.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital content.
• Portfolio is important. We care more about the quality of thinking and work than pedigree.
• High ownership, speed and willingness to experiment.
