Job summary

Midas Touch is seeking a highly creative thinker to lead our design team in Nagpur. This role goes beyond aesthetics, requiring leadership, strategic thinking and clear client communication to deliver impactful branding work.

You will guide a small team of designers, translate client briefs into strong visual concepts, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high creative quality across all digital and print collateral.

Qualifications

• Strong creative thinking and visual sense.
• Solid experience in graphic design and branding.
• Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors, and brand communication.
• Awareness of the latest trends in design, social media, advertising, and digital content.
• Leadership skills and ability to mentor designers.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
