Job summary

GoParyatak is seeking a visionary creative leader who can inspire a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce standout work that elevates the brand and engages audiences across digital and print channels.

You will mentor the team, develop brand strategies, oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensure timely delivery, and present concepts confidently to stakeholders and clients, while staying ahead of design trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in a creative leadership or art direction role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and creative execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver outstanding creative work
• Develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
• Oversee the creative process from concept to final execution, ensuring quality and deadline adherence
• Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and account teams to maintain creative consistency
• Review and approve visual assets including brand identities, digital ads, and videos
• Stay updated on design and cultural trends to bring innovation to projects
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
