Job summary

Conneqtion Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to build and drive our recruitment function from Bengaluru. You will oversee IT recruitment, manpower planning, campus hiring, and vendor management while guiding the TA team and coordinating with senior stakeholders to meet hiring timelines.

This role emphasizes senior hires, PAN India campus initiatives, and a data-driven approach to attract top tech talent, with a focus on timely delivery and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with significant IT/Technical recruitment.
• Experience in TA team management and stakeholder management.
• Strong IT hiring, manpower planning, campus hiring, and agency management experience.
• Excellent communication, planning, analytical and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive manpower planning across the organisation by understanding business requirements and prioritizing positions.
• Allocate requirements across the TA team based on priority, workload, and recruiter expertise.
• Monitor recruitment TAT, pipeline, closures, and team performance to achieve hiring targets.
• Lead IT and technical recruitment across various roles and experience levels.
• Drive hiring for senior roles.
• Plan and execute campus and fresher hiring PAN India, including college coordination and travel.
• Manage staffing/recruitment agencies and ensure quality profiles and timely closures.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team.
• Ensure a smooth candidate onboarding process from offer to joining.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to Senior Management.
• Identify hiring challenges and drive timely resolutions to meet business requirements.

• Drive Hiring for Senior Roles.
• Plan and execute campus and fresher hiring PAN India, including college coordination and travel as required.
• Manage staffing/recruitment agencies and ensure quality profiles and timely closures.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring accountability and productivity.
• Ensure a smooth candidate onboarding process from offer acceptance through joining.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to Senior Management.
• Identify hiring challenges and drive timely resolutions to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with significant experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Prior experience in TA team management and stakeholder management.
• Strong experience in IT hiring, manpower planning, campus hiring, and agency management.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring processes, recruitment metrics, and TAT management.
• Excellent communication, planning, analytical, and execution skills.
