Job summary

Collegedunia is a leading education platform in India, helping students discover colleges and related services. We are seeking a CPS affiliate sales professional to own the full lifecycle from onboarding to scaling campaigns across international markets.

You will work with advertisers and networks, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth. Strong AdTech experience and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years of experience in international affiliate marketing or CPS affiliate sales.
• AdTech background and hands-on digital advertising experience are preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPS/CPA models, tracking and performance metrics.
• Experience with multiple affiliate networks (Impact, Awin, CJ, Partnerize, Rakuten, etc.).
• Proven advertiser acquisition, onboarding, and partnership management.
• Excellent negotiation skills around commissions, payouts and terms.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As part of our international affiliate team, you’ll own the full CPS campaign lifecycle — from identifying and onboarding new advertisers and brands to negotiating terms, monitoring performance, and scaling what works. You’ll work directly with advertisers, brands, and affiliate network partners across international markets, turning relationships into long-term revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, onboard, and grow CPS affiliate campaigns across international markets.
• Acquire and manage direct relationships with advertisers, brands, affiliate managers, campaign managers, and affiliate network POCs.
• Manage campaigns across affiliate platforms including Impact, Awin, CJ, Partnerize, Rakuten, Tradedoubler, Daisycon, Admitad, Webgains, and similar networks.
• Identify new advertisers and brands with strong revenue potential and develop them into active affiliate campaigns.
• Negotiate commission rates, payouts, incentives, campaign terms, and promotional opportunities with advertisers and networks.
• Monitor campaign performance across revenue, conversions, EPC, conversion rate, ROI, and commission and identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize and scale high-performing campaigns through improved commercial terms, offers, placements, and promotional opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with international advertisers and network partners to manage campaign updates, approvals, tracking, offers, and performance issues.
• Build long-term advertiser and network relationships to drive revenue growth and new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on international affiliate, performance marketing, and AdTech trends to identify new opportunities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 1.5–2 years of experience in international affiliate marketing, CPS affiliate sales, performance marketing, or a similar role.
• AdTech background is mandatory, preferably with hands-on experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of CPS/CPA models, affiliate marketing, tracking, attribution, and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with multiple affiliate networks such as Impact, Awin, CJ, Partnerize, Rakuten, Tradedoubler, Daisycon, Admitad, Webgains, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in advertiser acquisition, campaign onboarding, and affiliate partnership management.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, particularly around commissions, payouts, and campaign terms.
• Good understanding of affiliate metrics including EPC, conversion rate, ROI, revenue, conversions, and commission.
• Strong relationship-management and communication skills, especially when working with international advertisers and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners while working toward revenue and business targets.
• Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
