Job summary

Nomadzdigital is seeking a result-oriented CPS Delivery Executive – Domestic to manage and optimize Cost Per Sale campaigns across domestic affiliate networks and publisher channels. You will drive revenue targets while ensuring high-quality conversions and strong publisher relationships.

Responsibilities include campaign delivery, performance monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with networks to scale campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience with Affiliate/Performance Marketing and CPS campaigns.
• Strong track record delivering campaigns and revenue targets.
• Familiarity with multiple affiliate models (CPS, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPC).
• Hands-on use of affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze data and report on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Domestic CPS campaigns across multiple verticals.
• Coordinate with affiliate publishers and partner networks to hit targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize campaigns to improve sales, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze performance and identify scaling opportunities.
• Track publisher performance and ensure high-quality conversions.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and advertiser requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Resolve publisher queries related to tracking and payouts.

Job description

We are looking for a result-oriented CPS Delivery Executive – Domestic tomanage and optimize Cost Per Sale (CPS) campaigns across domestic affiliatenetworks and publisher channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experiencein campaign delivery, publisher management, campaign optimization, and achievingrevenue targets while ensuring high-quality conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Domestic CPS campaigns across multiple verticals
• Deliver campaign targets by coordinating with affiliate publishers and partner networks
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and new publishers
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and ensure timely delivery
• Optimize campaigns to improve sales volume, conversion rate, and ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling
• Track publisher performance and maintain high-quality conversions
• Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and advertiser requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports
• Resolve publisher queries related to tracking, payouts, and campaign updates

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing and Performance Marketing
• Experience managing Domestic CPS campaigns
• Knowledge of affiliate models such as CPS, CPA, CPL, CPI, and CPC
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, Affise, Everflow, HasOffers (TUNE), and CAKE (preferred)
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/monthly delivery targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with affiliate networks and direct publishers
• Experience handling e-commerce and D2C campaigns
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution
• Familiarity with campaign optimization techniquesUnderstanding of fraud prevention and quality control

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing will be an added advantage
