Job summary

Macquarie Group in India seeks a senior data governance leader to transform client and counterparty data across CGM, delivering modern MDM and large-scale remediation. You will guide data quality, governance, analytics and regional teams, balancing strategy with execution.

You will ensure data is trusted and governed as a strategic asset for informed decision-making. The role requires 13+ years in data management, strong architecture understanding, and proven ability to lead cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with 13+ years of extensive experience in client data / counterparty data management, data governance, data quality, or MDM implementation, large-scale transformation and remediation programmers.
• Ability to work independently and cope with tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, lineage, and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic transformation of client and counterparty data across CGM, including the delivery of a modern MDM capability and large-scale data remediation.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will drive the strategic transformation of client and counterparty data across CGM, including the delivery of a modern MDM capability, large-scale data remediation, and a client insights function. You will provide leadership across data quality, governance, analytics, and regional team management while balancing strategy and execution. By embedding enterprise data management principles, your responsibility will include ensuring data is trusted, well-governed, and used as a strategic asset to support business

What you offer
