Job summary

INTAS Foundation, CSR arm of Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., seeks a compassionate mental health professional to provide essential therapy and support to patients and families affected by cancer and chronic illnesses.

You will conduct individual and group therapy, document case files, liaise with hospitals, and help patients access services. The role requires 0–1 year experience, English and local language proficiency, and willingness to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients and caregivers to address psychological needs arising from the medical condition.
• Offer socio-economic guidance, raise awareness about social and health security schemes.
• Maintaining case files and patient data and reports.
• Collaborate with healthcare institutions, clinicians and other service providers to facilitate patient access to healthcare services and navigate treatment journey.
• Establish and maintain networks with hospitals and healthcare institutions, fostering strong relationships with service providers.
• Coordinate patient centric services and empower patients and caregivers with necessary knowledge and skills.
